Even if your address and phone number have not changed, we need YOU to enter your contact information online in order to be included!

• Every year, the Carmel Creek PTA prints a Directory with valuable school information such as office and staff phone numbers, daily schedules, class rosters and parent contact information.
• NEW! One of our PTA goals this year is to better connect our families. We are therefore providing you the option to add the names, ages, and schools of all siblings (even those who do not attend Carmel Creek)to help families set up play dates, car pools, and get to know each other better!
• A current Directory is provided FREE TO ALL PAID PTA MEMBERS.
• You do not have to be a PTA member to be listed in the Directory.
• Non PTA members may purchase a directory for $5.
• The directory information is collected via a secure, on-line enrollment form.
•  The information obtained will be used for Carmel Creek PTA and Solana Beach Foundation for Learning use ONLY, and will not be shared with any outside parties.
• By using an on-line enrollment form, we increase accuracy and save trees at the same time!
